Kitchen Floor and Ceiling Remodel
These homeowners requested a raised ceiling with new recessed lighting and a new low profile stainless steel stove hood. Their existing paver tile flooring was replaced with new ceramic tile on the diagonal.
Natural Stone Bathroom
Two varieties of stone were utilized in creating this gorgeous natural stone master bathroom. Crema marfil marble tiles were used for the shower walls and niche, while caspian seashell limestone was used on the shower floor and tub surround. Marble mosaic tiles created a beautiful band on the shower walls that carried over to the back wall of the sink and vanity.
Wine Country Kitchen
This gorgeous wine country kitchen was built from the ground up. Large18x18 slate tiles were installed on the diagonal. Verde butterfly granite countertops offset the solid canadian maple cabinets. The full-height honed slate backsplash compliments the color of the granite.
New Gas Fireplace and Custom Bookshelves
This customer requested a gas fireplace with a custom mantel with bookend custom bookeshelves. The wall had to be framed out 16 inches in order to install the new fireplace. The fireplace surround is emporadera dark marble. An electrical outlet was installed above the mantel to accomodate surround sound for a mounted television. The fireplace is operated by remote control for operational ease.
Marble Master Bathroom
Beautiful Italian marble replaced existing white tiles at the shower and juccuzzi tub. 18"x 18" marble floor tile replaced the carpeted bathroom and toilet room floor. New semi custom mirrored closet doors, base boards, plumbing fixtures, vanity, countertops and mirrors were also installed.
Custom Honey Onyx Master Bathroom
This custom bath was completely renovated. The existing bathtub/shower was removed and replaced with a custom design/build doorless shower. All plumbing was relocated to accomodate the new design. A beautiful picture framed nice was installed in the back wall of the shower. A free standing cabinet style vanity replaced a basic cabinet. The natural stone selection was a Honey Onyx. Different tile shapes and sizes make up the pattern on the shower walls and floor.
Master Bath Before & After
This master bath was remodeled keeping the existing jacuzzi tub. The tile on all surfaces and shower were completely removed. The customer selected a ceramic tile with a ceramic brick pattern for the accent. The floor and tub surround were installed on the diagonal. A new vanity and granite countertops with undermount sinks was installed along with new plumbing, light fixtures and mirrors. Walls were re-textured to match existing and newly painted.
Stone Floor Entryway
The Stone entry and foyer you are looking at is a tumbled travertine installed in the versailles pattern.
New Modern Master Bathroom
This master bathroom was completely renovated from the ground up. The shower was moved to the opposite side of the room, new walls were framed and a Greek soaking tub was added. A new ceiling was installed along with new light fixtures and a Panasonic light fan above the tub/shower space. Due to space limitations, the existing hinged door was replaced with a pocket door. The tiles are a 12"x 24" porcelain plank with 1"x 1" glass mosiac shower floor tiles.
Luxurious Master Bathroom Remodel
This master bathroom was completely demolished and redesigned. The travertine stone floor has a heat mat underneath to warm the floor up. The new shower floor was recessed for a curbless entrance. A french drain is located along the wall under the seat. The shower walls are approximately 10' slab marble pieces. This shower has 12 shower heads which can deliver a great water massage.
